The uhaul I rented had a leak in the ceiling of the truck. So, water from the rainy day penetrated the roof and leaked all over our boxes and furniture. The reps at the rental location said to contact uhaul and express my disatisfaction. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the uhaul for the water leakage all over our household goods. The sad part is the truck was immediately placed back into circulation and it will continue to happen until the truck is fixed.

I was very unhappy with the pick up process. When I reserved a truck online I requested to pick it up at the closest location to my house - Tip Top Towing. When a UHaul representative called me to confirm a smaller truck than what I had ordered, she also confirmed that my pickup location would be at Tip Top Towing. I showed up early on Saturday, September 22 at Tip Top Towing to pick up my UHaul. I checked the email confirmation I received which listed Tip Top Towing as my pickup location. I was highly irritated that NO ONE told me that I needed to pick up the UHaul at a different location. Neither the email confirmation or the UHaul representative I spoke with told me that I would need to go to the Corner Store for pick up. This made my day off to a late start. Despite the issues with pickup, the employees at The Corner Store were kind and accommodating.

I would suggest that "Nick" take customer request more seriously. I reserved a 10ft truck a month before I needed it and THE DAY AFTER I reserved it, it was automatically decided I would get the 15 ft one instead. Not happy about that because I wanted the 10ft. the 15ft was WAY TO BIG, and Uhaul had OVER A MONTH to arrange what I WANTED. instead, you act like you did me a favor by giving me the 15 ft one "at the 10 ft price". I work night shift. "Nick" called twice to talk about it. Why didn't he email???? you obviously had my email address. Glad you don't take the customer request into account just because of your crappy convenience. Are you doing to do anything different. Nope. Not renting from you again just based on this experience. The pick up/drop off site wasn't the issue, they did great. Just not happy with the shitty decision to give me the bigger truck I didn't want or need, and even with over a month's notice you still screwed the customer over. Go you!!

I recently used two of your U-Hauls on separate dates. With the first U-Haul, I was never ask to look at the vehicle that I rented to check for any damage. Only how much gas was in the tank. It was during my second rental of a U-Haul, that I discovered I should have been told to look for damage on my first rental of a U-Haul,because with my second vehicle. I discovered a lot of damage, damage on the top where they had ran the vehicle under something low. Damage to the side of the vehicle, and also damage to the front bumper..... I do believe the first place that I got the U-Haul from, dropped the ball..... That would have been in Clinton Missouri.... All I can say, is THANK GOD !!!!!! THE SECOND COMPANY I RENTED FROM TOLD ME TO LOOK..... AND GAVE ME THE PAPERWORK TO FILL OUT !!!!???????????? Thank you so much....... To the people on DD Highway Warrensburg Missouri....??????????????????????????????. With all the damage on that vehicle, and no paperwork...... I would have watched my money Fly Away..... AND DEAR SIR, THAT IS JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLE...... BAD FOR BUSINESS..... BUT THAT'S JUST A CUSTOMER'S POINT OF VIEW....

I called the center to let them know that I would be late. The truck they provided needed an alignment which caused us to have to drive very slow. They had a reservation scheduled for when we had to return. This is not the way to do business and should have blackout times between reservations. The lady there was rude and charged us extra because we did not return on time. Also, tried to make a big deal because we did not notify her which I did in a previous conversation.

I had reserved a trailer and 2 dozen pads 3 days early. The trailer was ready and they were helpful getting it attached and processing the paperwork, but they didn't have my pads. They apologized and said they had called around and there just weren't any. That made my loading and packing very challenging to protect family furniture. If equipment is reserved it should be available.

Drove the truck for five minutes and the battery completely died. Didn’t get to use the U-Haul for more than 2/ out of the 6 hours we paid for. Didn’t get a refund or anything. Safe to say U-Haul will not be my first pick next time.

Only one employee available, they were responsible to tend to store customers, and handle UHaul check ins. It took longer than what we had expected with our other deadlines we needed to meet.

The people who work there are very helpful and friendly. The best U-Haul place that I've ever dealt with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent any type of U-Haul equipment.

Explain extended use policy. For an extra 2 hrs I was charged a full days's rental. Had I known that then I would not have hustled to get back and would have waited another day to return.

The back of the truck was very dirty even had broken light bulbs in it and pictures behind the seat. I picked the truck up after hours and the truck pick-up was not working so i had to call and sit in hold for at least 30 minutes just to talk to someone who didn't know how to navigate the system. I ended up figuring it out after doing what I was told not to. Not necessarily a complaint on this location but more so the company. As for my drop off, it was GREAT!! She saw me pull up and came out to greet me before I was even parked-- Very Friendly!!

I preregistration and when I went to pick up truck and trailer I had to wait 1.5 hours to get paperwork done. Back of truck was dusty. He tried to sweep it. They did not give me enough miles.

The Corner Store folks in Warrensburg were great! They were a breath of fresh air after the run around we received in Chicago. They helped us solve our blanket issue and get a refund for the blankets we paid for but never received.
