My truck did not have bright lights. One light was loose and went up and down. That truck shook and bounced. Was very hard to keep on the road. I think it only ran on 7 cylinders. Very poor gas mileage. Glad we made it without a break down.

Rented a truck from 10am went to ft Wayne and back, returned it by 10 pm the same day and got charged 126.00 for use. I think their rate prices are a little rediculous.

When I returned the trailer: It was a little difficult to lift the trailer tongue off of the hitch ball on my vehicle just because of the weight. Otherwise all went well.

The drop off location in New Richmond had taken a reservation a day early based in erroneous information in the UHaul computer system. There was an error on the contract but this was resolved at the drop off site when the clerk was presented with the contract

The guys at this location are rude. Went to check out a 15' 3 days prior to the move no problem. Get there the day of the move and ask for an upgrade and the guy scoffed at me telling me all the 20's are rented out, meanwhile they had plenty in the parking lot. Even upon bringing back the unit they still had 20's and none of the other vehicles even moved. second issue I had is with the billing, I got charged 130.25 no issue there, I did the self check in, everything is good. a couple of days later i have another charge for 38.76, which I'm pretty sure is for the inspection that I already did and submitted. When I brought it back that night. I'd call this location but they seem unhelpful. I'd like my money back but at this point I'd like to be done with them.

Having to set up an account in your website to complete the transaction was a disaster. My password for phones and my business computer got changed - I can’t get into my Google business email account today. This is a very serious problem for me

Was an hour late trying to get the code to unlock cargo to get keys to the truck. We returned the truck less than 8 hours later clean and with the same amount of fuel and we were charged an additional $40 cleaning fee. I personally swept out the cargo area and wiped down the inside of the truck. I’m extremely upset about the additional charge.
