OMG the van smelled disgusting, like human feces, it was NOT cleaned prior to this rental, and the incredibly lazy employees simply did NOT CARE about anything related to the rental process, they wasted my time by taking a break in the middle of the transaction, etc. I am now spending far too much money in having my items all professionally cleaned. You don't want to hear what I have to say about this horrible experience with customer service, confirmation, switching pick up locations after it was confit by Kat. She says mind the general would confirm my reservation that day or within 24 hours. He didn't. I called that # which was given to me by Kat. I have the # but need to locate. The did pick up and I asked for the general manager. They gave me the run around connected me to Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, LI, finally the rep in LI cleared everything up & got me back on track with our original reservation. We had asked for a 15' truck To be picked @ closest U-Haul location. We were supposed to pick up in West Milford. All was good to go. 29.95 Plus $ 1.00 environmental Tax Ok, so that got F'd up. We went to pick up in Warwick yesterday morning, what a nightmare with trying to get the combination to unlock box for the key... Had to wait for store to open...9am But they opened @ 7 but U-Haul not until 9. I checked the door and it was unlocked. I tried to get key from box, problems with getting combo, took all these selfies.... Correct steps. I spent all morning on Wednesday trying to clear this up... 4 hours being bounced around. I was fried, absolutely fried, and completely furious & exhausted. I had to be at work @ 1pm. It was my first day. I got there but late. That's not good, not too late but late. I was late b/c on the screw ups by U-Haul. The 20' truck that we finally got had no insurance or registration in the vehicle, (M)was vey helpful. The Warwick location was fantastic customer service. She ran bank in to get registration & insurance, nothing. She said to use the bar code on inside of contract, If there was a problem.... Ok, so there is more.... The truck was horrible. So loud I could not here anything around me. It' was so loud I had to where ear plugs. It sound as if there was a hole in the muffler. Super pisee off. How could you let a truck go out like that. These are peoples lives your taking about. I will never use UHaul again. I will look into enterprise or Penske. What a nightmare. I want to speak with the manager that I was originally supposed to speak with after I made the origins reservation with Kat. Thank you. MargaretMargaret T.

The only guy that works the uhaul area it seems is the rudest person I've ever encountered. The only reason I have gone back to this location is purely because it's down the street.
