The staff at the location is slow and/or exhausted, the equipment they have to process Uhaul requests is primitive, it was a slow tablet and the guy had little to no idea what he was doing. The truck had an empty fuel tank I had to fill it up before getting anything done. The discount I was given for the fuel was less them expected. It took 15 mins for them to give me the truck and another 15 to take it back. Would not recommend.

Wait time was long, it seemed multiple people were scheduled to pick up all at the same time. i also had my appointment time and location changed at the last minute and it had to be corrected to the following day.

GARY TThe truck cab was dusty and had food bits on the floor. It looked like Jamaican patty shell, and there were a number of patty wrappers right outside in the parking lot. The back of the truck was unswept, with McDonald’s condiment packs, zip ties and water bottle lids on the floor. There was less gas in the tank that what was said.
