Excess smoking inside, filthy, refused to give me some kind of paper work, for rental and charge on my card, said it is in my email, which i have nothing, also said were i drop off they will give me paper work, i have rented from uhaul before, they always give me paper work of some kind were you pickup..

The customer service was horrible, I donâ€™t think the guy ever looked at me while working through the process on his tablet. The entrance to the store is not in a good location, not actually handicap accessible. Not the best experience with picking up at this location

Your mobile system does not work well. I have used this at least 6 times this year and it fails every time I use the system. I am looking for another source for my rental needs. I can order my truck with no problem but when I pickup the vehicle the system fails to work. I always need to find the manager for resolution.

The rental location in Watertown was fine . I had a major problem with the reservation center taking my call. They had my reservation screwed up 2 times as a in city move in Milwaukee and not a one way move that I was doing. So when I got to the rental location to pick up my truck for the one way move they had no truck for me. The nearest location was in Watertown which was over a hour away for a one way rental truck which we had to drive. All I can say is U-Hauls reservation system is bullshit and screwed me over big time I will use Penske for my rentals form now on.

First time I ever rented a uhaul and had bad experience in billing . Thank God my brother told me to take a picture of the mileage and gas before I took off from the lot and to take a picture of mileage when it was returned. That the pics showed when I left and came back and exactly how many miles cuz I was charged for 31 miles and only drove 13

The U-Haul attendant failed to check in the truck in my presence allowing me to verify the mileage driven and the days I had the truck were well within the limits I had been told by the U-Haul dispatch office and correct the errors on the computer contract record. Though he had no other customers in his shop, he received the truck keys and told me everything was find and I could leave. He didn't examine the truck with me. He didn't examine the miles on the truck with me. I returned the truck at 3:15 PM on 8/30/19. Then the next day, I get a bill in my email from him stating that I owe $100.35 for 1 EXTRA DAY and for 102.8 EXTRA MILES; both of which are incorrect as I was allowed until 9/1/19 at 1 PM to return the truck (see text of Monday 1:20 PM 8/26/19) and had been told over the phone that MI ALLOWED was 753 (listen to recorded telephone messages of Sunday 8/25/19.) and I only drove 724.8 miles. The biggest fault was with U-Haul central dispatch (1-800-468-4285) making careless mistakes on the contract and not documenting DAYS ALLOWED and MILES ALLOWED on all text/email communications backing up what was granted over the telephone. So, I don't fault the Drop off attendant for those errors, but I do mark down his rating for not discussing these details with me when I was present and waiting until the next day to address them what I was no longer present.

Reserved a 10-foot truck. None available when I showed up for my scheduled rental. Was given a 15-foot truck, but also charged the 15-foot rate. In my opinion, this should have been covered by U-Haul not me, since it was their mistake. But the bill comes after the rental is returned, so hardly any leverage for the customer, except stating it in a review like this...

Rented 6 X 12 trailer. Trailer towed like a dream, even when it was lightly loaded. Very nice equipment.

Using Uhaul ended up costing me more money in the long run, will call different company next time. I should send uhaul my bill!

They should print out a paper to let you know about the truck , how much gas is in it and mileage and ect. Also make it clear where to return it and time when you pick it up.

Central scheduling needs to get their act together. My experience was terrible. Either they canâ€™t read or just chose to ignore a customer reservation. Very frustrating day all due to central scheduling.
