It's a drop off location. No personnel there to receive the unit or inspected upon return. You just dropped the keys off in a lock box which seems kind of insecure. But as long as U-Haul is good with it, so am I.

There was no one at the site but the uhaul representative on the phone guiding me through the return process was outstanding
Glen PMaybe you could possibly tell customers they are going to have to deal with multiple locations if they decide to use Uhaul Services in Waynesboro Tn. The office is in one place and the products (truck) are somewhere else. They are NOT open on weekends when People usually are moving which creates havoc because you have to use app and if you are not technically savvy then you will have problems. No I DO NOT recommend this place or these services. And after I returned the rental truck, I had notification from UHAUL that I had an available refund. Checked my balance this morning and NO refund as a matter of fact took more $$ than originally agreed upon. So NO I will NOT recommend you or your services to anyone!
Larisa BThe process took to many HOOPS to go through it said I was late picking up but the place you pick up is different from the place it shows too confusing and definitely no help from the owner what so ever .. the number on the app to contact anyone is out of service very POOR HELP from owners SO NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .. ACTUALLY IF I WERE UHAUL, I would remove my equipment!!
Sybil PBe open and transparent about the possibility of not having equipment that you have registered. Take that information out of the fine print and put it in both print upfront and visible.
