No one was as the location, he wanted to do everything by phone. There was another truck parked in front of the building and the person in charge didn’t bother coming in to move it, making it extremely difficult to return the truck and trailer that I had rented parked inside the fenced area. I think a representative of U-Haul would have been there to take care of this issue and check the truck and trailer back in.
James BThere was dog hair everywhere . No gas . The back of the U-Haul had trash and a Dooley in it I didn’t ask for . I had to throw the trash away .
Loran JDidn't have code for parking available online while I was returning truck. Thankfully employer answered phone and was able to get code to open gate and park vehicle appropriately.
