Pamela E.The location was not open even though the uhaul app and representative said it was the truck was hard to locate because it was not parked where the app said it was parked at.
Michael R.The previous renter was late bringing the truck back. The manager called them to remind them that they were behind then called other locations to source another truck. Having no luck when the truck finally arrived they put a rush turning it around and getting me on my way. This is by no means a negative comment on the store, I feel they went the extra mile in a bad situation and have my thanks.
