Walked in and was greeted by an employee. He asked what I needed and then said heâ€™d get somebody. He walked over to another employee who was helping with an oil change. The employee that was doing the oil change said â€œwell help him, youâ€™re the uhaul guyâ€. At that point another employee came over and helped me. He looked and saw that I had ordered a dolley. He said we donâ€™t have any of those. Then proceeded to walk away from me and wander downstairs. He came back up with a red cart and asked if this is what I was looking for. I said no. He then proceeded to go back downstairs and grab the correct dolley I ordered. The return process sucks, having to park the uhaul over at the opposite end of the parking lot only to find that you have to walk back to take photos and enter information from the uhaul. Kind of a big hassle for this rental.

The interior of the vehicle was not ultra clea. It was "clean enough" but no one had vacuumed or wiped down the interior of the cab on this 20' truck for several uses. As a policy, shouldn't they consider vacuum and wipe down a standard?

Your app checkout sucks. It was very slow waiting for approval to leave. I was at the site 25 minutes. Took 10 minutes to tell me it needed a new photo of my license, then had to wait 10 more minutes to get approval. During that time I sent 2 texts asking what was taking so long. NO ONE ever answered. I'll just check out at the store instead of using your bullshit app in the future. It is NOT quicker.

Great customer service. The technology getting checked in was a little challenged and wouldn't allow smartphone self-check, but the attendant handling my rental manually persevered to get me the truck I needed. I appreciated his tenacity, intelligence, and skill, and can definitely recommend this location!

I'm not 100% sure if this is a Uhaul issue or the location issue; however, my pick up time was 7:00AM, and the store location did not open until 8:00AM. The workers showed up at 8:01AM and the door was not open until approximately 8:06AM. Then... When I was going through the process of getting the equipment the assistant manager rudely said, "The Uhaul portion doesn't open until 9:00AM." Well excuse the fuck out of me, I was already pissed off that I had to wait an extra hour from my original pick up time and staff opened late.

Staff not helpful. Would not issue receipt or credit card receipt. Charged us for day rental when we had already paid and it was to be just a drop off.I would not rent from U haul again. Reservation was a disaster from the beginning to the end.

They were just dishonest they were unhelpful they charged us for fuel we did not use a charged us for an extra day of rental and they did not compensate us for the lack of rental due to whatever it was that U-Haul could not accomplished on the dates of my phone the online people that were assisting us were very unpleasant rude and incompetent what's cost me over $300 in payment to movers who could not do their job due to not having the U-Haul when needed

Made us wait a half hour before being helped. My reservation pick up was at 9. Didnt get helped until 9:30am. They forgot the dolly i rented and i had to go back. Poor customer service skills and didnt seem very friendly.

The app was slow and inefficient. I ended up going in and having someone in the building sign out the truck for me because the app was taking so long to approve.

The 800 and chat Customer service is terrible. I never got the full requested time I wanted it until. Instead of telling me the truck wasnâ€™t available the full time I wanted it for, they approved my request while double booking the truck and expected me to have it back at THEIR time. If it wasnâ€™t available the full time I wanted it for then you shouldnâ€™t have accepted my booking. Very stressful. Than you call customer service to make sure they know you canâ€™t have it back by the time they wanted it for, and they canâ€™t even change the reservations, they give you a number to call to do it. So unprofessional.

Ray was unfriendly and seemed angry. Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. Would not eye contact. Did not bring truck over to Office or explain anything. Just gave us the keys and signed forms. No show of appreciation for spending $200. I rented from this same location within the last year and it was a completely different experience. Truck was given to us with sand and gravel on floor. We had to sweep it clean. Disappointing experience.

Ray and and the two other guys working there on Saturday did an awesome job in my book. They made my rental experience smooth. I had a very poor experience with one U haul rental place. I was transferred to Sulok U haul for my truck. Iâ€™m glad I was. I believe Iâ€™m entitled to at least 25 miles of refund because of the first rental place mistake. The first place did make it right with connecting me to Sulok rental.

The inside of the windshield was completely frosted. The truck was parked on a sheet of ice with a frozen ice/snow bank behind the truck which was the only way to exit. The truck interior was very dirty.

I wish there was hourly rates on trucks. I used the truck for 2 hours and went 10 miles but had to pay for 24 hours. $55 for 2 hours is very expensive I feel.
