I reserved an auto transport trailer a few miles from my location and received a guaranteed confirmation. Then I received a phone call saying that pick up at that location was not available and I wold have to travel a good distance to another pick up site. The day of my reservation I was called again and I had to drive to another state 30 miles away to pick up! And that I had to return the trailer to same location when I was done! I retired the trailer and the gate code that I was provided did not work. I'm not very satisfied with this rental. I feel that I should have been able to return equipment to a closer location for my inconvenience.
