Maricel was very courteous and took her time explaining the contract and showing us the truck. She showed us in full detail how to open and close the roll up doors and what not to do. Wasnt as organized and there were some safety concerns that didnt seem to be checked prior to my rental but they were receptive and helpful. And the process was easy.
I was schedule for pic up at 9am, they didn't arrive and open the stor until about 9:30

Acquire trucks that are more fuel efficient.
They called me to tell me that my appointment was canceled. I lost 2 hours of my time until I called in and they suddenly told me they had a the truck.
More people working and helping. The workerr had me load my dolly into my car being a woman that was incredibly hard. I had To ask some strangers
The flipping transmition would stick...a lot! Especially on the freeway. Horrifying experience. Truck was very dirty inside AND out. Never had a bad experience before this last time.
