I dont think the truck was inspected prior to my use. When I first got the truck, I found a can of lysol wipes and mesh bag and figured it was for customer use. As I was traveling, a diet coke rolled out from under the seat. I left the lysol wipes and bag. I kept the coke.

Probably more maintenance. The check engine light was on the whole time and it sounded like the truck was going to explode. Otherwise, 10/10
Aana J.Their location has a little hazardous walk way and double lift to the front door. They should make that one level. To prevent any trips and bad falls. It's a convenient location and Dick was great.
Lisa H.The pickup location is extremely congested. When I returned the truck I had to leave it in a traffic area and was asked to move twice by other customers. The issue I had was that I had to drive 150 miles to pick up a truck that ordered on line. I was told by U Haul in Fargo that they would forgive the mileage charge and give us an extra day to keep the truck. I returned the truck a day earlier that they requested. My final billing was three times the amount that I was quoted on line. The gas gauge was in the same position when I return the truck as when I picked up the truck. Why the extra gas charge? My next rental will not be U Haul and I will not recommend anyone else to use U haul.
