We didn't rent the truck to move household goods. We were participating in a not for profit charity event and asked for a discount. John listened to our needs and concerns. He advised us of a Military Discount that we qualified for. John was very accommodating for us during the rental and return process.The process went very smooth and quick. The business was clean and organized. Although the Call Center Operator sent us to this location that was out of our way for this event, the hospitality was remarkable and the price was fair. We will continue to do business with this U-Haul center.

The app is a little difficult to use and they told me to just bring my phone and drivers license but failed to mention I may need another picture ID in order to rent the U-Haul which I did the first time I didn't have one the second time I was more prepared
