Mr Wilson was very friendly in helping get us the trailer we reserved and 2 gentlemen working for him did the work attaching it to our hitch, checking the lights were working and everything was secure. Can 100% recommend reserving from their location in the Phillips County area.
Michael MIt is stationed at a half way house type deal, there was creepy men outside watching me as I was trying to finish the picture taking part of the return. There isnt any personnel there to assist you. Just a drop box

vince wWas not aware of fees to clean the truck before drop off. I wasn't sure if I were to leave the extra blankets or take them. I did not want to be charged for them, therefore I left them. They were not folded so I was charged a 50 dollar fee for so called clean up. Having to also get the biggest truck available when I originally ordered a smaller one was inconvenient on the gas which cost me much more than expected.
