Be advise to the Costmer how ujali work specially for those costmer who rent the first time this was my first time to rent haul truck.Uhaul charged me $110 for only for 8 hour .Evan I asked for 10 hour but they didn't let keep the truck for 24 hour.In 24 hour I had to more than $300 dollars.So from now I will not go back to get ten uhaul truck For new costmer they need guid about there rules .I don't think they want explain about there policy they want to just rip costmer's pocket.So please i will not recommend to any one to get rental truck from uhaul.

Well, first off...I couldn't get the U-haul at scheduled time because the previous person was still using it.. The previous person was supposed to return the truck by noon (my scheduled pick up time) but seems like the workers had no idea that the truck was not back as scheduled...So she called the person when we were at the counter to ask if he's on the way with the truck (they should have called the guy before we came to make sure the truck was coming back as scheduled for the next reservation). Unfortunately the person wasn't able to return the truck for another hour...so we had to drive back home to wait. Second, I reserved the U-haul for 6 hours because we knew that we needed that much time... so when we found out that we were unable to use the truck at noon as scheduled, we had to switch some plans around and when they called us (an hour later)..we couldn't pick up the truck until 2 ish so that cut our time pretty drastically. Nothing towards the rep that was helping us. She did what she could given the systems that she had. It would be helpful if they had some kind of alerts to when the trucks are due to be returned. Maybe the reservation system needs to be updated with which times are available/taken and schedules can be an hour apart for sanitary reasons.

The west sacramento location is amazing. The online portal customer service and el camino location are horrible. Im still waiting on my money to be refunded to me for stuff I never ordered or received.
Have the equipment available where you claim it is. Where is confirmed not 50-100 miles away

I don't remember the name of the associate that helped me out at the West sac location she had purple and teal hair and some tattoosâ€¦ I found her to be very professional and definitely added to my overall rental experience.
Clean, quick, easy and efficient. Very friendly gentleman in the office. Answered all of my questions and I was in my truck ten minutes after walking in the shop! Excellent 10 rating out of 10!
There was only one staff member present at the time we arrived for pick up, which led to a bit of a wait, but she was working hard and had an upbeat attitude. We were able to get on the road within a reasonable time. The return was very quick and easy. Overall a very good experience.
I reserved my truck and trailer almost an entire month ahead of my needs. Getting a call less than 24 hours ahead of my pickup time was unacceptable. Being told in that call that there wasn't a car trailer (which was part of my reservation) anywhere in the state of CA for my use, was even less acceptable. It was also inaccurate. I was able to secure a trailer myself by calling locations after your dispatcher gave up. I was told none in 200 miles could be found and I found one 20 miles from my house. A month is plenty of time for stock to be scheduled and transferred from one place to another if needed in order to meet the reservations you confirm through your system. Your dispatchers not being able to locate something in your system that I was able to find is ridiculous. Then came pick up... As I walked into the office, I heard the lady at the desk telling the customer in front of me that his 26' truck was at Mather, which is on the opposite side of the city, and that it was the only 26' truck they had. My truck wasn't at the location as I was assured it would be on my phone call, at 8am when I arrived. In fact, it wasn't due back to the pick up location until 4pm which cost me 8 hours of loading. I had to call off a dozen people that were in route to my house to help load the truck, as well as significantly cutting into my first â€œdayâ€ of rental. I was told by the onsite manager that she would call and confirm that the truck would be ready for me by 4pm, that call never came. I called the store just after lunch and found she had left for the day and left no instructions for anyone to confirm with me that my rental would in fact be available. Thinking I may be able to repeat my luck with the car trailer, I searched online and found that a Roseville location showed available 26' one way trucks. Called the store, and that information was inaccurate. Your stock tracking was wrong again. The gentleman that had to drive to Mather to get his rental was offered a discount, I was offered nothing. I asked, they declined. I was put through an ordeal with this reservation that could have been completely avoided had your systems been up to date, accurate, or even remotely useful with coordinating reservations and equipment stock. Relocation halfway across the country is difficult enough, we did not need this added stress and emotional distress added and it could have been avoided with better inventory control, and better customer service on your end. I now find myself in need of an additional one way rental and I am beyond hesitant to go through your company. In fact, not being a person to write reviews of any kind, I have taken the time to write this extensive letter to you and after having a cooling off period I am going to log into every review site I can get on and relay the exact information.
The lady who helped us was so nice! She was extremely professional and kind. I felt bad for her because the people checking out in front of me or really giving her a hard time because they could not understand they paid an additional charge because they went over the mileage. Your employee was so patient with these people and explained repeatedly the additional charges all the while making those of us waiting feel acknowledged.
The sun visor was missing on the driver side that made a very uncomfortable ride and having to rent the truck to the same location was a waste of time money and gas I thought that was ridiculous when having to drive out of state I will look into a different company that does one way rental next time

We were redirected to this location. Originally we had made a reservation for a Toe dolly in another town; but UHAUL gave it to someone else-even though I had paid for it!! As a company, you don't have the proper technical system to prevent this from happening??????
You have only one person on the computer and in the office. Helping all the customers with everything, I have had to wait for 45 minutes. Yesterday, pick up a 17-foot van. The person on the computer gave me the keys, told me it out in the yard. Had to go through 5 different vans before I found my van. Employees are overwhelmed, customer services are not good. I wish another company was available to give Uhaul competition.
Great gal working the desk. Experienced and great with hooking up trailer. Fast in and out.
Everyone was nice and quick. There was a lot of customers even and it was still very fast.
