The agent was rude and obnoxious. He wanted to argue about everything. He found a few grains of sand in the back of the truck and foot prints on the floor mats. Some coffee stains in the cup holder . Wanted to charge me $20 cleaning fee. They were there when we rented the truck.

We dropped off when they were closed so cannot speak to whether or not the personnel was helpful. The online drop-off app was a pain in the butt and it was about 105 degrees ouside while we were trying to navigate the unfamiliar app. It asked us to take pics of the odometer and gas tank which we did then it asked us to key in the information too. My husband was not a happy camper.

jim mI checked the truck back in on the mobile app as the employee watched me. I was then told I will be charged unless I cleaned the cab and then was handed items he found in the cab that I did not know where there. Less then helpful and the cab was in the same condition as I received it.
Heather MEverything was good except that I was told that I would be credited for turning in two hand trucks and an appliance dolly but wasn't. I could have sold those items.
