Not very well marked. No one was there. Had to call to get someone to pick up the car transport. After that. It was a friendly experience. Did the transaction over the phone. Drop off was easy.

Very hard to find
Leah HThis location was very difficult to find at night for drop off. Also, trucks are parked across the street in a different parking lot causing a lot of confusion.
Albert NUnclear communication where to go, no staff present to help, nobody available to take the keys and complete the order, tried to charge me extra for gas when I had filled it back to where it was when I picked it up
