Everyone in the office was great!! We are renting a STOWBOX from them and returned the uhaul at the same time. Everything went so smooth with them and they will be out go to location.

My main problem, however, was the vehicle was not at the location I reserved it at, And when I showed up to pick up the vehicle I was told I should have received an email referencing pick up at the new location - I did not. Lastly, the customer service at the original location was subpar at best.
