The gentleman working was not pleased at having to deal with a UHaul customer, and not a sale for his own inventory. Initially short with us, he did become friendly after awhile, when we were leaving.

I reserved a 15 foot truck and got a 10 foot "mom's attic" Guess they could't get one there in time, even though they had a weeks notice.

The initial rental location was Apex self storage where I reserved an auto transport online and even called to ensure it would be there for a 9am pickup. At 915 when they opened, I found out there was no trailer there for me. They finally found me one at line star muscle car who took great care of me. This isn't the first time I have had a reservation problem with uhaul though....two hours late for my vehicle pickup could have been avoided.
