All ports for a I-phone hook ups were damaged and liter plug didn't work. Didn't notice this until halfway into oaklahoma and my phone went dead and I was lost in the middle of the night and drove until I was on empty and couldn't find my way to a gasoline station and wasted at least 100 miles and had to stop and charge my phone at several truck stops and wasted at least 4 hours charging my phone for GPS. This was a very long stressful process.And I'm very angry at u-haul.Next time I'm using the other Rental company
