I'm sure the business gets some money to host a drop-off location. The least they can do is to help out drop-off customers rather than just say, "We're not part of that. The drop-off box is outside."
Matthew Splease get a new app. drop off took almost twice as long because your app doesn't closing down or error loading. we turned phones into hot spots, tried wifi from the location, your app refused to work. it kept shutting down or error loading. it finally took extra time going to the website, logging in, having to verify new devices to finally be able to put in the information. the people have been great help but i would not suggest uhaul only because your app is absolutely atrocious. i would not wish that headache on my worst enemy.
Taylor GI was told in Goldsboro to return with same amount of gas. I left it in Wilmington with 40 miles more in tank. I was charged for 2 gallons of gas $40. Poor communication. I am disappointed.
JAMES FThere were no personnel there. Online return. Next time I will only use locations staffed with real live people. Like the pick up location. Staff at Dorchester Road location was quite helpful.
