The cleanliness of the truck, or lack thereof, made the difference in the overall experience; if the truck were clean, I would have rated the location 5 stars overall because the customer service was great and the pickup/drop off process was quick and efficient. However, upon getting into the truck, I was disgusted, so much so, that I felt compelled to give my feedback.

He even called me on the phone to bring back the truck 2 hours before the time I rented it and asked me to leave his place immediately harassing me.
