The gentleman that rented us the truck was very nice and very helpful. After all the paperwork was completed and the truck was brought around for us, we realized that we needed a bigger truck. So, paperwork had to be redone and another truck brought around and he was so helpful and never had a problem with our change up! I would highly recommend this location! Thanks for making that part of our move painless!

We showed up to turn in our uhaul 40 minutes prior to our 2 day rental limit. My husband stood there for 10 minutes while he waited for the uhaul person to finish up with another customer. The guy took the keys from my husband 30 minutes prior to our 2 day limit expiring (10:15) and told him we were good to go. AN HOUR LATER we get an email stating we turned in our uhaul at 11:07am and they charged us for an extra day. When we tried to contact them regarding this mistake they ignored us. We were never refunded. We turned our uhaul in with plenty of time to spare and they still charged us for an extra day. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never use this location again.

Not change the time of someone’s reservation without their knowledge, them haverhem run all over town looking for a trailer that’s not available!!! I appreciate the young lady finding one for me but shouldn’t have to run around town and change someone’s time.

so rented the 6x12 trailer. It would be easier and less back straining to have a trailer jack that either you could rent or was including. This would help make it more comfortable and less straining to attach the trailer to the hitch.

Rented a 26’ truck. Truck leaked water, many of our boxes got soaking wet making moving them difficult. Pick up a box and contents would fall through the bottom. At 60+mph the truck would shimmy and shake. Reverse light was out on passenger side. Truck was clean but definitely needed some maintenance

We rented at the last minute on Labor Day. Our truck was clean and easy to drive, and the guy who did the paperwork was thorough and considerate. I highly recommend this particular U-Haul location.

The older gentleman man working was obviously overwhelmed being by himself. We walked in and he asked us if we were picking up or dropping off? We replied that we were picking up and he said very abruptly, “Have a seat it’s going to be a while, I’m really busy!” So we opted to leave and come back. When we returned the crowd had died down. During the rental process (I completed online check in) he advised me that we could save money if we dropped off in Knoxville. So we agreed but he couldn’t tell me which location. I didn’t push the issue because he was very agitated. At one point the phone rang and he answered with, “UHAUL! You’ll have to call me back in 30! CLICK!” He just hung up the phone! He gave us our paperwork and sent us to the parking lot to find our trailer and had us hook it up ourselves and drive it over to him so he could take a picture. It is my understanding that he should have been the one to do this. My husband damn near pulled his back out trying to lift the trailer off the ground to hook it up! He did however give us a pack of blankets to use, I offered to pay but I think he may have been trying to rectify his frustration from earlier. Who knows, nonetheless his level of customer service was less than stellar and it made for a very unpleasant experience.

I rent from this location always. This is the 1st time I have been disappointed. The truck was older and beat up on the inside. The head lights were shining two different directions making it almost impossible to drive at night. The truck pulled hard to the left. The ac was not cold on a 100 degree day. After spending almost 500 dollars ill probably rent pesky next time. I have never complained before this is a 1st.

The UHual employee who was there on pick up was rude and disrespectful. Initially stating he would not complete out transaction cause it was raining and would not go out in the rain. I had to repeat myself several times of which size trailer I had reserved and he kept messing it up which size.

Could have used help getting the trailer unhitched... was told “take it over there with the rest and drop it, look around for a rock to put behind the wheel”, and that was while it was raining so I was the only one getting wet. I am 70 years old and the trailer was a bit heavy with the hydraulic brakes for me alone. Would instruct your employee on customer service.

Although I have rented from this location before and this was only the return location, and although this may have actually been a corporate problem. When I brought the equipment back for return ON TIME and FULLY FUELED and CLEAN. At check in the attendant told me that there was an additional $90 in charges due for late return and insurance and mileage. All of which had been paid upfront. It took him almost 45 minutes to try to get the charges removed. It seemed like everytime he would remove one charge, something else would pop up and he would have to go to a different part of the system to remove that charge. It was extremely irritating and frustrating to sit there and be told, "ok, I got it down to this price, is that acceptable". NO, IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE, WE PAID EVERYTHING UP FRONT INCLUDING ADDITIONAL MILEAGE SO THER WOULD BE NO CHARGES!! Uhaul made everything seem so easy and simple on there website for online reservation, but what I actually experienced was far from simple and convenient. It actually wound up being more of a hassle and I learned that it all falls back on the consumer to double and triple check and verify that everything is right and that the equipment is where it's supposed to be before showing up to retrieve it. This simply serves to put an additional burden on the consumer when they are already stressed and pressured with having to move. Although I "may" still use uhaul in the future, it will definitely be with a grain of salt and only after considering all other options.

Before they checked to see if my equipment was back, they called us both and said we didn’t. When I informed him where it was, I then got a receipt saying we returned it.
