I will probably utilize this location again, but it was not as convenient as advertised. The app directed me to show my screen to a representative, but the building at the location was closed. No code was provided for the two lockboxes. I called U-Haul to receive the codes. The first lockbox opened, but was empty. The second's lock would not open with the code provided. We eventually found the key for our truck sitting inside another one of the trucks, after 30 minutes of being on the phone with U-Haul. Once inside the truck we were assigned, I noticed that the driver's side door wouldn't shut easily, the window lever knob was broken, and the sun shade latch/clip was broken. The cab was clean, however, and I was able to use it successfully. If the process to actually get the key was different, I would rate this location higher.

Robert HThe reservation was place late the day before so the facility was closed at pick up time. The service provider was called and came as soon as she could. She was pleasant and apologized for the delay.
