You could provide what they ordered, clean the truck, and answer any of the emails and messages I've sent so far. I notified you the day of rental, sent photos of the truck and the trash in the back. I also have requested 3 times not to charge me for the dolly and furniture straps since they were not provided to me. A few days later you send me a receipt still charging for it. I made you aware the day of the rental, the next day I messaged customer service, and I emailed again when I received the receipt. You could respond to any of that for starters. The gas station itself was fine, it was Uhaul's part that is the problem here.
