I have always enjoyed renting from this location. All of the staff are great to work with! I've never had an issue with a truck that I've rented. However, the trucks check engine light continued to stay on throughout my rental. I wish it was a company policy that when a person rented a truck, the gas tank was full and that the customer refilled it before bringing it back. There would be no guess work on how much gas to put in and it would save the customer money. Merci!

JAIME FI was overcharged after returning a clean truck. Despite thoroughly sweeping out the truck, I was unfairly charged a cleaning fee. I believe this facility discriminated against me based on my name, which indicates I am African American. This is unacceptable, and I request an immediate review of the unjust charge.
