The location didn't know anything about U-Haul except we show them which truck was assigned to us and we give them a key. Not mad at them for that, they're a third party distributor. The problem was U-Haul themselves. Took two hours just to complete the process to get a truck. Then returning it was a whole bad situation on its own. And on top of it all, the truck I had had an engine problem and U-Haul told me that as long as it's not shutting off while driving, it was safe to drive. I was on the highway in a U-Haul that would accelerate pass 30mph a passenger door that wouldn't shut all the way and they told me it was safe to drive. Never choosing U-Haul again. Using Home Depot next time or anyone else
