I liked getting confirmation text. And or phone calls if anything needed to change, etc. The communication was very great!
Tobi SGas was indicated at 7/8 but actually was just below 3/4. This cause me to return it at a higher level due to uncertainty of recorded fuel level. Everything else in the process went great. Truck made a high pitch noise when it got close to 70 mph so ran about 65 mph the entire time. All other functions worked as expected. Thanks
Jaime DPaper form could have been done in 1 tenth of time it took to get through your on line rental mystery. For local rentals, think about paper. Logging people and pulp mill employees need jobs too.
Vern KI called 2 days prior to ensure my trailer was available and the lady told me, “I don’t know. We’re just a drop off and pick up location, so I don’t know if your trailer is here.” That’s very poor customer service! When I arrived to pick up my trailer, they didn’t have it! How does that even happen? Thankfully, they had a larger trailer that they let us have. But, what would have happened if our vehicle wasn’t capable of towing the bigger trailer? Luckily, our vehicle was capable of towing the larger trailer, but this entire rental should have gone a lot smoother.
