Hello, the U-Haul was very clean and it was very easy drive only problem was that every pump we had it made thunder noises and it scared all the passengers but besides that it was a good ride and it was a good price. Thank you for your service.

I returned UHaul Truck with EXACT Level of Gasit had when I picked up . I was charged $6.80. I sent the drop off Location a picture of Gas Level when I picked up the Truck. I am awaiting and credit back on my Credit Card. Lets see what happens now. Not Cool This is the Second time I dropped off at this location both times Nobody around- Almost like it's a part time Job- You have to call and sometimes nobody answers.

When making reservation, reserved pickup in Marshfield- recâ€™d call the day before saying had to go over to Wisconsin Rapids to pick up. Was provided wrong address. Upon obtaining correct address clerk wasnâ€™t even at the site- was out getting food. All this running around delayed our move by 4 hours. And we were charged the extra mileage over the 131 miles to go from Wisconsin Rapids- Marshfield- Woodruff. We would have been under the 131 miles if we could have picked up in Marshfield. We were also told at pickup we wouldnâ€™t be charged for the miles to get from Wisconsin Rapids to Marshfield- but in the end we were charged

Let your customers know exactly where they need to pick up their vehicle. We had two hours wasted of our time because our reservation said one place but instead the truck was in another town.

Itâ€™s not the location that was the issue it was uhaul overall. We used there remote feature for picking up the truck and it was nothing but a nightmare. We ended up having to call and and we waited a total of 30 minutes just to be helped. The truck was an extremely rough ride constantly bouncing off the seat even when the road was in fine condition.

I was told when I paid in cash that I would get the $60.00 deposit back when I dropped off the trailer. This location said I had to wait for a check from Milwaukee. Mailed to my Massachusetts address. Iâ€™m not happy

We ordered a 15 ft truck for moving a week and a half before the move date, we get there and they don't have any truck for us and all they said " oh there was a mistake" we had to go to another location and settle for a smaller truck and make more trips,doubling our mileage charges or travel 20 miles to get a larger truck. I feel there should be compensation for the inconvenience your mistake caused.

We were not notified that our pickup location changed and it was a 40 mile round-trip to the new location. We could have been more prepared if we would have been notified. We only found out when we reached the location we were told to pick up. When we reached this new location the door was locked and we had to wait for employees to arrive.

I had a pickup for 3:00 PM. Got to the building sign said "Open", door was locked and no one there. Had to call on phone and the person said he would be there shortly. Hooked up trailer no tail or side marker lights. Found a damaged pig tail connector.I am a retired Auto mechanic of said I would fix. New pig tail didn't fix. Trailer had a short.

Overall I was happy to finally get a U-haul. I did not like the fact that I recieved 2 different confirmations on 2 different days. I reserved a U-haul a week in advanced and then recieved an email confirming a certain time and location. Great! What a relief, right? Wrong! I received another email confirming a different location which was a half hour away. Now I had no idea which location to go to since I never received an email stating the 1st one was cancelled. Mind you, this all happened the night before I'm supposed to move. Having to drive a half hour to pick up and drop off and then pay for that mileage is not right. I wouldn't been satisfied if I was offered a smaller truck closer than having to pay extra mileage which was out of my control. I dont think I'll ever use the online system again. I've always used U-haul and have never experienced such disappointment. The gentleman I dealt with at the location was very kind tho, so that was a plus.

This was not the location I reserved. It was open 1 hour after I reserved it, and it was a 50 mile round trip from my home. This cost me extra fuel AND extra time. I find it insulting that you didn't grant any additional cost reduction.

The local place was great. I'm very disappointed in U-Haul Corporate! I ordered a 10' truck online. Checking the day of move, it was changed to 17' and increased rate. I called in to customer service and someone named Phillip was to call me back. I have not heard from him. I had to pay the higher rate. I expect a refund.
