I only rated this location as average due to a key issue. The key fob that I received for the uhaul was broken causing the key to fall off. The key could not be found and I was forced to contact roadside assistance to have a key made. The cost was $250!!! I would suggest that each key fob be inspected prior to issuing to customers. Customers: check your key! It's impossible to lose a key with that giant key fob attached, but if the fob is broken (split) where the key attaches, it can easily fall off.
