She was rude and I had my booking at other location and I kept asking the lady that I have a booking reference number but she said that she will do it for us again and didn't tell us that we are at the wrong location. Also we didn't receive any email notifications and information for us to follow for the pickup . Only text message was sent to confirm about our booking
Change the address on the website... the 891 Rowntree is Location is no longer There as is now at 7007 Islington... and put a bigger u-haul sign at that location. You cannot see the 8 x 11 tiny sign on the door from the road!
Take longer to do the paper work, more than 45 minutes, the unit wasn't clean.
Our first visit was not a good one as Jane didn't explain we had to pay insurance and a $20 "convenience" fee to leave the keys in the box after hours. Our second visit was not as good as she was an hour late opening up shop, delaying our entire day by an hour. She was difficult to deal with and I'd expect some compensation the second time around.
The lady working there failed to explain any requirements for rental insurance over the phone, which cost me an additional $30. She didn't even know the weight of the vehicle to discuss with the rental company until I made her look into it. She did not explain anything about the $20 fee to return the vehicle with the keys in the safety box and also didn't assist us in inspecting the vehicle, km or gas prior to departure as every other company does. Overall it wasn't a good experience.
Your check in app was not working properly. I contacted customer service and was told to log out and log back in, when that failed I was and told to try it on the webpage. I then had to try it on Safari and then a third time tried it on Google to simply check in. Terrible experience that took almost 30 minutes
not happy - i brought the truck back with more fuel than i took it with and you charged me $20 for fuel. NOT HAPPY - I WANT THAT REFUNDED!
I did not receive any information and/or instructions about the 10' truck. I was given a single key soon after. I was asked for my credit card and charged an estimate of my travels.I felt rushed. I had no idea how to open the latch or lock the sliding back door. A lock should be included or recommended. The right rear tire was very low and the gas tank was half full.I returned the truck almost a full tank thinking that was expected, I was told by Macy that she can not credit me the difference. Very unhappy customer. My overall experience was 4 out of 10. In future I will look into UHAUL competitors for better overall experience.
Was expecting a ramp to be on the truck that I rented. Unfortunately there was not so therefore I could not move everything that I had planned on moving. Other than that everything was great about the truck
This location originally did not have my reservation and was going to close on me. Eventually, they worked with me to ensure I had a vehicle.

Unfortunately, after indicating to us the night before that we should come pickup the truck at 9:30 am, the receiver arrived to the pickup at 9:55 am (which is ironic since the original pickup time was 10 a.m.). Also the gas inside at pickup was low. Other than that, no issues.

I had no direct contact with a responsible person, everything was done by phone and the internet, I found the truck in a parking lot as directed by telephone, the keys were inside the truck and the same I gave the truck. As the truck panel was set up for miles and not for km I made a mess at the time of calculating of the distance traveled. The amount charged was made by estimation and not by real value, with this I had problems to regularize the payment. At the end of everything I was charged two amounts on my credit card, I questioned them by email 6 days ago and I still have no answer.
I pick up the rental on February 27 at 11:05am and return the truck on February 27 around 5:20pm to 5:40pm. I got my invoice charge for 2days truck rental. What a ripoff from uhaul truck rental company. I need some one contact me back my cell number 14168386466.
