I did an online registration to save time. When I was ready to go,the truck was not. Lost 30 more minutes as I was already pushed for time. I dropped the truck off at designated store after hours,when I get my receipt,I’m charged for more fuel. I know that there was more left in it than when I got it.

I've used this location since it's opening. This experience was the worst. The young lady behind the counter was abrasive and out right rude. The new policies around taking pictures of IDs was not explained in a client friendly manner. Additionally the review or checklist of the vehicle prior to renting was the most offensive process I've every experienced. Obviously UHaul does not want repeat customers. Here's a note or two: Kindness and courtesy goes a long way Take a page from Enterprise Rental, they walk around the vehicle with the renter and note damage together. However UHAUL told me to walk around the vehicle and note damages I saw/. The sales person would not opine to anything. She only stated that it was "my responsibility".

Front desk staff think they’re smarter than their customer. Lots remarks in sarcastic fashion. One told me that she doesn’t work there , simply wears the U-Haul hat. And was handling my case later. UNPROFESSIONAL

This is a great location. Very convenient and you can order truck online and never go inside. If you do go inside you w5int have a long wait. I've rented several times this past year and have never had a problem. Peggy and her staff have always gone above and beyond in their customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Management needs more staff. The equipment is pretty well banged up. The lot is too small for the amount of equipment moving through it. Someone needs to do something about the "day workers" loitering around outside hassling the customers for work when we are coming onto the property to do business.

I am very upset. I was charged for a second day because I was 20 minutes late. I did not know why because I never received a new receipt. It only showed up in my bank account. When I called, I was informed that I was 20 minutes late, but U-Haul states they never charge for being only 20 minutes late (a mistake apparently by a new employee), so I was given a refund. I appreciate this (actually I was not 20 minutes late, I stood in line for 12 minutes waiting for an employee to be free while waiting on customers). The charge for the rental immediately showed up in my bank account, but according to the receipt, refunds take up to 5 days. This is unacceptable. If a charge immediately is deducted from my account, a refund should immediately show up in my account. This would never happen if I wasn’t charged a second day. Thus, I am very upset.

Uhaul van got stuck for road side assistance and caused us inconvenience to call road side assistance we had wasted 4 hours. We should have been given our amount paid reimbursed. poor customer service at the desk when we mentioned to her the inconvenience we had they cancelled road side assistance and called another towing coming and had to wait 4 hours

Damaged front bumper rubbed tire during hard right turns. Should have been repaired before renting 15 foot truck to customers.

I rented a one way truck from Woodbridge to Haymarket and dropped off the truck around 3pm the same day. Got a call the next day from U-Haul telling me that I was being charged for a 2nd day because I didn’t return the truck. I explained to him that it was a one way rental and I had paid $152 instead of $39 to drop it in Haymarket and it was dropped the same day. He stated that he would make a notation on the reservation and check with the other location as they were closed that day. He did not follow up with me to update me.

Check-in line order is confusing, e.g., a customer who came in after me was called to check in before me. But the staff is very polite and courteous.

frightful customer service, I attended ashley and it was terrible to have to endure their anger, she was very angry because they apparently did not let her leave work and I was just with whom she discharged her anger very unpleasant attitudes and treatment.??
