The single positive statement I can make about this experience was that the agent was courteous and polite. However, there appeared to be either a lack of training or faulty internet connection, coupled with disorganization. The computer system would not function properly, and there was chaos trying to locate the phone number for the main U-Haul hotline, so we stood waiting at least 45 minutes for the transaction to be complete, and eventually needed to consult with the main line U-Haul representative via phone to start our reservation all over again. Then again the U-Haul assistant on the phone appeared excessively slow and our delay continued. With both Representatives we received courteous communication but there was inefficiency, significant delay, and significant frustration was experienced on our part. several days later we received a phone call from the mainline office indicating that there was no record of our having returned the auto trailer. This was not the case for we had returned it as promised on time, yet the Quick Mart did not recognize that and did not sign us back in.Karina T.

I filed a claim because of the equipment condition, I had to buy cleaning supplies and pressure wash the equipment out myself before I could even use it. No one has gotten back to me about the claim.Garrett R.

There was nothing wrong with the Woodland location, however the original reservation pickup location was supposed to be at Lewisville Market. The market location changed to the Battle Ground mini storage location. When I arrived at the mini storage location, the truck was completely inoperative with a dead battery. The employee at the desk was helpful, but the office smelled like cigarette smoke. It was frustrating to lose 4 hours of my planned truck loading day because of the inoperative truck. I was pleased with Woodland. They had a great functioning truck that was clean and fairly new. Great customer support on a last minute truck reservation that the mini storage location never relayed the information to.Josh P.

Had to wait for someone to return to the store to help me. When I brought the truck back, took forever for the guy to go get the mileage. I thought he was taking a nap. He said couldn't get the dome light to go off. I said that is because it goes off automatically when you get out and close the door. Duh Won't use this Uhaul location again.Barbara B.

They did not hook up my trailer he said he couldn't and he didn't know how. I did it all myself. I requested a different location of than this one because this is their reputation locally. They should only have trucks. They probably should be a Uhaul dealer. I have been using Uhaul for over 20 years and this was a terrible representation of your company.Ben C.
