It's not the location just uhaul in general....very very poor customer service
Rodney WMonroe Tire were so nice and welcoming. They had trouble due to the U-Haul site being down but he made sure he did all he could quickly to get us on our way.

LISA GThe sales at the woodsfield ohio location was awesome. The dropboff location however called to ask when we were dropping the uhaul off. So we waited until the the day to return it because we throught that was very unprofessional. Someone smoked in the rental bedore we got it, there were ashes on the steering column and the check wngine light was on. My husband drove the uhaul and said it was all over the place. I think he had more complaints but really this truck is the worst we ever used. I personally think some sort of refund should be issued!! This is unacceptable for as much money we have to pay to use your vehicles. They are expected to be in good working order and clean!!!! This truck was not!!!
