Overcharged. When I got in the truck speedometer read 85683 not 85682. I drove 26 miles and put slightly over 3 gallons in the truck an 1/8 mile from u-haul. I was charged for 2 more gallons. I was told the truck gets about 10 miles/ gal. Where did the other 24 miles come from? I expect to receive a credit for $ 7.99 on my AmEx or I will put it in dispute. It doesn't sound like much but if you did that to all your customers, you would rake in millions a year, don't you agree?Stewart S.
I should have looked at the gas before I left. It said that I had 3/8 of tank on the paperwork, but I only had less than 1/8 of tank left. Which was left than 50 miles. So as soon as I left, I had to fill up.Virgil M.
The attendant checked The trailer's lights and I later found out that the right turn signal on The trailer did not work. One of the tires was also low on air which made the trailer wobbly and unstable, this also affected fuel consumption.Ray J.

I rented a truck to be picked up â€œbetween noon and one o'clockâ€. I arrived at 12:15 to be told my truck had been rented to some one else because they showed me as a no show based upon having scheduled my pickup at 1:00 AM!!! Then, I settled for a trailer. It took an hour to do paperwork because their computer was on the blink. Finally, I ordered pads and was charged. Yet, they did NOT put the pads in the trailer. After all of this, they charged me to buy an adapter for my trailer lights as I did not bring my adapter since I expected to pick up A TRUCK!Robert W.
