I’d recommend to go somewhere else if they can, in the past I’ve drop off here and the personnel is not helpful at all, that’s why I just rather do the return online so i don’t have to deal with them

GREG EWhen we went to pick up the U-Haul at the appointment time, no one was there that knew what to do. I had to come back an hour later. This was already after they had changed the time from 8:30 am the next day to 8:30 pm the day before I wanted it. Then he couldn't find all of the pre check-in information that I had put into the computer so it took me over an hour to pick up the trailer. This is not worth the hassle and not sure I will rent from U-Haul again.
