Before I dropped off the truck, I filled up the gas tank. I had to drive only 10 miles to drop off after fill up. I noticed though that I was charged after drop off for two gallons of gas. I dispute this because the gauge was exactly where it was when I picked it up!

I had very little interaction, none needed, just dropped off rental. This location is and industrial equipment place, so it can't be clean and inviting, lol, it is what it is, no problem.
