Dispatcher sent us way out of our way to a bad part of town to pick this up, when we were told at the UHaul, where we made the reservation, that we could pick up in Warren. And I told the dispatcher this, but no other location was offered. When picked up I asked for a receipt and none was given. No one bothered to tell us we had to return it to a specific location. Went to one UHaul to re turn and they looked it up and told us we had to return it elsewhere. Drove all over trying to find it and when we did it was not even open on Saturdays! Another tiny location. Whole experience was nasty! We left much more gas in it then when it was given to us!

Brian BOne person working. Told me I would need to cancel and book someplace else because his U-Haul computer was not working. I ended up installing the app and doing everything thru it. Which also caused me to be over charged, and then I had to deal with Customer service. Another customer yell at me for holding up the line.
