The lady at this location was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to sort out the huge mess that was made by the guy at the U-Haul place in Garner, NC.

So I had a strange experience here. Uhaul first told me to return the trailer to another location. I got to that location and it was a used car lot with no uhaul trailers. I needed to return the trailer by 9 am to avoid an extra day charge. I was there by 9 am. But with no other trailers I figured something was strange. But the used car dealer didn't open until 10. So I waited for someone and when I could finally talk with someone they told me they don't accept uhaul trailer returns. So then I had to call uhaul. They told me there were no close locations that were available. I said I just passed a place a few miles away (Jeffrey's) and that I could either take it there or leave it at the used car lot as I had been instructed to do. So uhaul called Jeffries and got the OK for me to return the trailer there. I did so. Of course it was now after 10 am, so now Jeffries hit me with an extra day charge for something that was the fault of uhaul. And no one is willing to correct this. It was frustrating enough that I had to waste time because of being sent to a place that didn't accept trailers, but now I'm being charged extra because of it.
John P.I turned the truck in Sunday in Youngsville, they acknowledge they have the truck but have yet to enter it in the system yet, therefore, I'm about to file a lawsuit & I better not be charged a penny more than I was quoted at Lloyd's!
Marcus W.Problems with Uhaul program. Not enough time allowed for oneway move to load, drivetime, and unload. Not enough mileage given for hidden contengentcies, overpaid for miles. 800- office not helpful..... Dealing with Uhaul 800/ non-live communication stressful...... etc......
