The online pick-up process is unworkable. I could not access keys to the truck using the app. I had to call someone at this location and luckily they were on site. Your app and online pick-up process is very poor and needs some serious work to streamline ease for the user. I was also charged for the safemove coverage when I 100 % did not select this when I rented the truck on-line. I would like this $28 charge refurnded.
