The truck we got leaked gas out of the top of the tank did find this out till close to end of use when the cap light came on spent way more gas on one trip than the others then tryed to charge me $40 bucks more for something only had one out of the 3 times I've used you guys go right this last trip went to get truck and place had gate locked then the guy found me another truck 15 miles away did not credit me the 50 Guarantee said because we did it that day we would not get it but website site sade it right below this truck this is why we order where it says guarantee because it worked on first truck spent alot of money with you guys in the end just alot of hassle and probably will not use you agin the only nice thing was the lady at the storage in oxford she was great no problems at all with that partLARRY B.

website shows that facility opens at 7:30a.....I arrived at 7:40a, no one showed up until 8:20a. by the time I was able to get the rental it was nearly 9:00a. I had appointment to pick up my items at 9:00a 35 miles away.Dianna S.

Pick up was scheduled for 8a, business owner didn't arrive until after 830a. Once in line waiting my turn I was told to step aside because she had other customers to attend to and that I could wait. Store number didn't work for a contact. I didn't receive any notification for a time change acceptable to the store. I was behind in my moving process over an hour. I asked her to review the truck before I left. She said she wasn't going to because it wasn't her job. The truck was very dusty and smelled. She was very unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unapologetic. I will not be referring or going back!Nelly G.
Too much of a HASSLE, MISSING INFORMATION, one location the lady her name was WANNETTA was SO HATEFUL, to me, and WOULD WAIT for me to get there to her location on CR54 she told me that she was CLOSING AT 4:00 but she would stay UNTIL 4 MINS after 4:00, because UHAUL don't pay her OVER TIME,I was willing to pay her , what ever her OVER TIME pay was, I was told that the location WAS opened til 6:00, her reply was, WHO EVERY TOLD THAT DON"T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. My stuff was at SR54. THIS WAS THE MOVE FROM HELL !!!!!!!. Then when I did get to my storage the ROLL UP DOOR WAS BROKE, David was to have it FIXED, the CABLE on the DOOR had some OFF TRACK and the CABLE WAS BROKE, when the guys that was helping me, had a HARD time to get the DOOR up when they did the DOOR came back down and landed on one of the guy SHOULDER, he was HURT. so it was a BAD BAD MOVE ALL THE WAY AROUND. I had a reservation made for me by a u haul rep and when I arrived at the pick-up location. the person there couldnt get it straight and blamed me at first then blamed u haul. I was standing in the (convenient store ) u hauls pick up location for over 2 hours to finally get my trailer. I will never recommend u haul to any one.Roy H.

I wish there had been some type of warning or direction that there is no after hours key drop at this location. I didnt know this so I tried to drop the uhaul off at 9:30 PM when the store was closed.Leah Q.
this location is extremely efficient. The staff is courteous and professional. We have rented 3 trucks over the past few weeks and are completely satisfied with the level of service. They are open early and close late which is very convenient.Susan O.

I didn't have an issue with this location. But would not use services again through u haul. I was over charged and didn't even know til I see my bank account. Then when Dropped off the truck I figured it was a deposit that would be refunded and was told to call the location I picked up from, when doing so she explained that it was a different price Than what she quoted me!! Let's just say I thought I was being charged no more than $110 for going 34 miles but paid $181called to try to get some explanation on how someone can just charge you a completely different price than what was discussed and it got me no where !!!Stacie A.
First: googled a location to return the truck and went to the nearest one. Closed. Called the U-Haul number to ask where to return it; got an address and requested phone number. Called to ensure they were open; number disconnected. Went anyway. Gas station-grocery-U-Haul place, and 1 employee. He had to dodge out and lock the store to check in the truck. Insisted we vacuum cab (had to clean up previous renters' mess). Took too long to return the truck.Suzanne M.
Uhaul representative called 2 days after the drop off of Uhaul to question where the keys were words were locked inside the truck. Customer service rep at the gas station begins to yell threaten and name call saying now he's going to use my insurance to unlock the Uhaul to get the keys because he doesn't have a spare pair. How else do you retrieve the vehicle when dropped off overnight when there is no drop box for keys? I would appreciate a phone call from U-Haul customer service I do not want my bill to be charged for the stupidity of a Uhaul representative at a local gas station. Name calling and threats to me by the local sunoco uhaul rep. Horrible experience.Joseph H.

First of all I booked at a U-Haul near me three days in Advance, when when I got there the day of pick up the told me they didn't have anything for me and that my reservation was sent to a different location all the way out of my way. So I got to this new location and it took the lady a hour to even get me out the door when all my info was already sent to her. She had not a clue of what she was doing. Then when I returned the trailer they never even looked at it just said your good to go. Would not recommend this Place.josh N.
Make sure the third party locations are clean, friendly & have knowledge about your equipment... When I went to pick up my truck that I reserved from 1800 GO-UHAUL it was purchased after me from a customer at the store.. the owner of the store was very rude, charged me for insurance even though I told him I didn't need it, and when I returned the truck he walked away from me & several different times without saying a word. I will never use this location again.RACHEL L.
