Cathy PNext time I would make sure truck is clean There was something on the floor they got on my couch. I had to have it professionally cleaned.
Jonathan JI returned the truck on Saturday 4/13/24 at 3pm during normal business hours and they were still out to lunch, so I parked and locked the truck, and left the key on the manager's desk. I later received a receipt via email and was charged a "Missing/Damage Fee" of $96 + $12,24 tax = $108,24 which I don't understand. Truck was returned 1 day early, with no additional damage, clean, and had more gas in it than when I picked it up. This needs to be resolved. This was my 3rd rental with U-Haul this year and was not happy overall. I expect a phone call/VM to resolve the additional charge and discuss ways for you to improve your service to customers. Seems some additional training, ownership, and accountability, is warranted here.

Stefanie EThe moving truck that I rented had a problem with it's exhaust. The cabin area filled with exhaust to the point that it gave the driver and passenger a headache and burned their eyes. I fear this could cause carbon monoxide poisoning.

wendell hI would never recommend that anyone use this place for a U-Haul rental/pickup. I went thru the regional office to do my rental because Rick could not seem to find the 26' truck that I needed. When we got there the back of the truck had a bunch of blankets in it that we had to wait for him to clean out. After we got home he called me and accused us of taking his dolly. I told him I had not ordered a dolly, didn't need one and we didn't have it. He called a 2nd time and accused me again and implied that I was lying. This went on with threatening texts the whole weekend. After we took the truck back on Monday night he sent a text the next day to "thank us" for bringing the truck back and told us to never set foot on his property again. How does this person stay in business????

Jesse MIt would be best to have someone there during working hours (the website stated it was open from 9am - 6pm). The door was locked with a handwritten sign in the window that they would be back from lunch at 2:00 pm. It was 12:48 pm and not possible for me to comeback to that location after 2:00, so I left the trailer in accordance with the app instructions. I left the moving blankets in the trailer, but I would expect there would be a process counting and returning those also.
