I was pretty upset that I had to pay for 2 days, when I didn’t even need it for 2 days!
Jessica LackeyAlmost $200 for 3hrs of use and charged $59 for gas for going to wichita and back just to pick up a few long pieces of material from lowes. What a joke for 3hrs of use!! I will not be using you again or referring anyone at all for your services.
Geoff ElkinsWe had a plan for what our needs were before we arrived at the pick up location. The young lady, whom I will just call A, in the office was very professional and great to accommodate our need of a trailer to haul another vehicle. I truly do not see where there needs to be any improvement at this U-haul pick up location. Thank you A for your help with what we needed!
Gloria SherwoodThe car hauler had a very bad vibration in the tires and road walked. The axles appeared to be out of alignment. The people at the location are first rate, and had no idea unless they had been told by the renter before me.

Katie HendricksAgain I'm tired of being charged for things that I shouldn't have had to pay for when I changed my reservation to the drop off location in Wellington the lady in mulvane also changed the date and I had been promised that extra day to turn it in on the 7th and then was told it was supposed to be on the 6th I had it in my email and then they changed it I knew I should have taken a screenshot of it I want my money back for being charged for that extra day I swear I will blast you all to everybody and every social media site I possibly can and how awful the service has been

Michael FranciscoThere is not a "guaranteed" site anywhere in Sumner County Ks. The closest Guaranteed Site is in Derby Kansas. Which is 42 miles from where I was moving. Which means paying for mileage, fuel and time to go pick up and return a truck. My daughter and I have now used Uhaul 5 times in the last two years. We did get lucky and there was a truck in Wellington Ks. I just believe that there should be at least one site in Sumner County. Uhaul is my first choice for moving trucks because the trucks are well maintained, the ramp design is great and you can get all moving supplies through Uhaul.

Burton RifeDon't try to use the automated pick up. Did not work. Spoke with multiple people on the phone prior to pick up, still did not work when I arrived at the location. The in person experience was good. When I asked about being credited for the day I couldn't get the truck I was told no. Rude customer service over the phone. I stated I would contact corporate to discuss, man on the phone said "I am corporate." Fix your stupid App. Would not associate my order, couldn't pick up my truck on the day I ordered it for. They had the dates wrong for return, had to deal with the person at the location to get it set right, and they still had it wrong when I went to return the truck. Called me on my way to return and said it was scheduled for the next day. Cost was much more than what the initial online quote said, by almost 200 bucks. Most likely will not use Uhaul again.

Travis BurkeThis location was great. Uhaul changed my reservation twice, and I was not happy about driving all the way to Wellington but the service was great and everything was explained in detail. Signing paperwork was easy and overall experience was great.
shavonn jacksonThe pick up using a Smart Phone was very difficult and frustrating. I have an Android phone and it wouldn't recognize the location. My daughter came and tried on her i-phone, it also said that we were at the wrong location. She downloaded the app, and it was on a page saying please wait, she text in the conversation box and a representative called and told her that in order for it to work you have to refresh the page. Then it worked and we were able to finish the pick up. It took 45 min to get through this process. My family has rented a Uhaul truck 4 times in the past year and every time we have tried to use the i-phone pick up there have been issues. Something NEEDS to be done to improve this process.
