The ladies were extremely helpful and professional from the very beginning to the end. I would highly recommend them over the larger location. They treat you more as a friend, than just another customer.

Dart EI rented a truck with trailer. When I got the truck there was no ball to connect a trailer and the trailer was at another location. I rented the truck with short miles being that we were not going to use it for alot. Driving to pick up and drop off the trailer used part of that mileage we reserved.

Roy CAfter dropping off the truck the evening before it was due back, we couldn't find a key drop-box. So we dropped the keys through the door. A week later we received notice that the truck was late being returned, they couldn't find it, and we would be charged more than double. I emailed about it, never heard back until they said they found it. Now, over two months later I get a random $20 charge on my bank account?
Michael LExcellent service. Mobile Check-in was smooth. Tip: make sure your drivers license is up to date and your location service is on My reservation wasn't linked to my cell phone number at first but customer service fixed it immediately when I called! Definitely will use this service again in the future!

Scott SWe have a Corp Acct. We order 1 month in advance but the size of truck we order is never available, I order a 20 ft truck but you want to give me a 24 ft truck. I do not need a truck that large. I do not see the purpose then of ordering in advance. This needs to be fixed at the corporate level.

Mayra LAllow a few extra miles. I made a reservation for a truck directly at the uhaul distribution center in Muskogee ok. Of course when I got to the pick up location, there was no reservation. And the price was about 75 higher. Terrible experience and very unprofessional. And then when I got to the return place, well that is a whole different story!!

Paul SThe person renting the vehicle, was not able to properly use the computer, or was not knowledgeable of how to use it. It was not a pleasant experience waiting on them, as they had to call for help. I will not rent from Uhaul again if I can help it.

Jeff PThere was damage to drivers door at pick up but employee assured me that the stickers placed on it showed that I received it with door damage. To improve: the stickers could have been there before I pointed it out. Great ride and power on the highway. I got one of the newer trucks, comfortable and clean.
Oleta KMy rental was moved to a different location without notice. I appreciate that U-Haul was able to help me find a reasonable alternative close by, but I was distressed by the fact that I was not explicitly notified that my pickup location had changed. Instead, a second rental reservation appeared on my account without notice, and I had to be informed by the clerk at my preferred drop-off location that this was an intentional change. I suspect that not everyone who rents from U-Haul has the same level of flexibility when it comes to driving to a second location to pick up their truck, so explicit notice of these changes would be greatly appreciated.

Jeff MThe location was fine, but I feel like the reservation line should have informed me of the price changes from the reservations I had made online to the changes I felt surprised by at the location. I was not pleased to be paying more for the daily insurance and mileage, after being called to have to change my location and vehicle preference
