Everything was great. The truck desperately needs a tune up. The driver window appears to also be defective and should be looked at. Besides that, perfect experience.

James CService was awesome! I originally set up to check out the U-haul using the mobile app. I arrived and Carol and her husband were inside (can't remember his name. This was a Sunday and they are normally closed). They got me checked out in just a couple minutes which beats standing outside in the cold and trying to figure it out myself! They were both so nice and friendly. A++++!!!!!

Joseph MFYI... I was concerned about the stability of the steering/alignment. It was difficult to maintain my lane while driving, loaded or empty.

Bennington HTrailer is old and garbage. I told them about it. I'm Sad that this trailer costs me $100 and I had to stop so many times to check the trailer.

John MThe phone customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE; they did not have my storage unit set up, and were only concerned with me dropping the trailer off where it was needed!!!
MAURICE HThe lady at the Bees Storage who helped us had problems with the U-Haul computer system, so she said she had to delete my original online reservation & create a new one and, in doing so, she charged my credit card $448,98 instead of $241.00. When I asked her about it, she said that I had to call U-Haul to address it as it had nothing to do with them. She said they are a third party vendor & could not issue the refund. I called the U-Haul customer service center and spoke with Shanna, who was very helpful in resolving this issue. She provided an excellent customer service and gave me a refund for the overcharge. Kudos to Shanna!

TIMOTHY CI can't think of anything they can do to improve. They were great when I returned my equipment on my one way move from VA last year, and they were great again on this in-town move!

LEELA PVery friendly couple, loved working with them. This was the second drop off I had at this location and they are just wonderful to work with both drop offs were very smooth. I would rent from them or drop off with them again verses the other area in Omaha I dropped off.
