dennis kThe owner of the lot called me and threatened me to make a Federal statement if I don't return "his" pickup, he called me and texted me several times because he said "he needs his pickup back " makes me think he uses it for his personal use. And I just checked my bank account and I have 3 charges, one for $47 another for $500 and another for $547.46. How is this possible?!!! And I need answers about the charges!
Nancy BDealer went out to check back trail lights and blinkers. That afternoon while traveling, we found out we had no lights at ALL on the trailer. We had to use emergency flasher lights on the car we were towing 600 miles for it to only run the battery. Would never recommend this place.
CINDY DIt's rarely open. It was closed when I got there at 2:45 pm so I dropped the trailer off out front.

Eric NI scheduled a guaranteed pickup location in Amarillo and when I drove from Kerrville Tx to pick up the trailer it was unavailable so they scheduled me a trailer the next day in Dumas. He was very helpful and the trailer was like new.

GARY SWe didn't have a trailer to haul our truck ready. We had to wait for a tire strap to be replaced. Overall the gentleman was nice. I will use a different company next time as uhaul used to be financially reasonable but not anymore. We went from Amarillo TX to Atoka Oklahoma just over three hundred miles and it cost us over $820 that's a rip off scam!

Bryan WThe only issue I had was I had reserved the uhaul for July 29th 2022 at Dalhart diesel, it wasn't until the day before that I logged into my account and saw that the date had been changed to August 1 2022 for A Lawn Mower Place in Dumas. No one had gotten ahold of me to let me know that the date had been changed due to lack of trucks in the area so for a month I had made plans around the 29th date. Being as I couldn't get my uhaul on time we had to load and drive 3 hours away and then unload it all within a day and a half. Did not get to utilize my 3 day rental

HAROLD TEverything is good as it is... Maybe there should be some point system, kind of like how other businesses have, where you could get discounts as you build points, for customers that regularly use U-Haul Kind of a cool idea, oh yeah and because I mentioned this I should get royalty fees.....lol kidding, but no really U-Haul has always been good to me.. I can't complain.
