Brakes were scary. The UHaul broke down and had a bad experience trying to get it to restart or be towed quickly. Returned it early as I was afraid to drive if. Nobody offered any type of refund for my troubles.

Satyanarayana AnnepoguThe employee working was 30 minutes late for his shift and I stood there waiting in an empty lot for my truck for 30 minutes. When he arrived, he gave me the keys to a truck covered in ice, with no ice scraper for the front wind shield. Fortunately, another waiting customer gave me one. The truck was dirty and the back latch was frozen, which took me another 30 minutes to open when I arrived at my destination. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never return to this location again.

Karthik MallakWe asked for some supplies that were not available at the time of the pickup. I was surprised there was no one available to pick up and return the vehicle. I did not find it costumer friendly and even more difficult for us.

Kenneth GilbertThey didn't have the dollies that we requested, but made up for it by giving us one appliance dolly which was better than nothing. It would be best if the reserved equipment is available. Other than that, the truck was clean and available on time.
Natalie ErnstIf you are going to have a system set up to 'pickup my truck' online, you would hope your IT programs work properly. The whole check in and return my truck experience was painful. The Uhaul app never worked, saying an 'Error has occurred' when trying to log in. I was unable to upload my driver's license when an text message was provided 2 hours before my reservations time. Associates at 1-800-GO-U-HAUL were helpful with trying to troubleshoot but ultimately told me I needed to be on site to pick up my truck online and that's why this step was disabled. While onsite, resorting to the mobile website I had the same issues, unable to upload my driver's license and ultimately unable to locate my location (while I was standing right in the Uhaul lot!). With no one physically around in the lot to help, I was utterly helpless. A 1-800-GO-U-HAUL representative stayed on the line with me for close to 30 minutes, she was very helpful and patient through the ordeal, but they could not be of full assistance. A glitch free platform and physical associates on site are a must to help. I left my movers waiting for me and the timer running while I struggled to get my truck. It was the worst experience. 40 minutes after my reservation time, a Uhaul associate finally arrived on site and helped me out. I had no issue with the truck or the pricing, but the whole 'find my truck' and 'return my truck' online is a terrible and ill-functioning. Don't even present the option to have the general public use this service, if it won't work easily and seamlessly. Terrible.
Adrienne KennedyI reserved for 8:30 and there are options to reserve earlier but was only able to pick up the truck once staff were present which was 9. Once the guy came he was nice and it was quick to pickup, just wish I was able to pick up at the time I requested.

Antonino PonzoThe grounds of the location is extremely muddy. However I did not have to get out of the vehicle. The two employees hitched the trailer up and made sure all lights worked. The one employee in charge was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Paul Williamson1- The estimated fee was $84, but the final fee was $176 for a distance of only 23 kilometers. 2- Gas: When I received the pickup, it was one line above a third of the tank. I loaded (filled) the tank with only $16 for a distance of 23 km, and the gas gauge had two lines above a third of the tank. Bad service, cheating and stupid data reading and transfer. Ali
Ali HuseinPick up was very easy and I loved the follow up there. However the fellow on the phone didn't seem to be able to see any of my reservation details, nor my license that I had uploaded. The wipers were broken and we had to pull off the 401 when they stopped working and have them fixed at a gas station. We returned the van when scheduled but a day later, I got a call asking when we were planning to return the van? So phone calls were great follow ups but the people who called didn't seem connected to your reservation system/app, nor did they have eyes on the lot. Very convenient location though and great that you can do phone checkin.
June SmythWebsite indicated that this location has remote/mobile pick-up which is why I booked it. I got a call one day prior indicating that mobile pick up is no available at this site. We were able to work out a very satisfactory solution. I recommend that the Website reflect actual services provided at this location. This location is not staffed and a U-Haul representative has to meet you there.
Patricia ColleyI had reserved a truck, but on the day I was supposed to pick it up, I received a phone call informing me that the truck was unavailable. Now, I need to contact the office to find a new location. It's important not to disregard people's time like this.
Jose Pablo Molina LunaI have been double charged for 2 days when I only had the van for 4 hours and returned it early. I rented on January 3rd and saw extra charges the next day that were wrong. I have called 3 times and was told first that they would fix it in the next hour, then that someone would look into it and now they won't respond and have done nothing to contact me or correct their error. A good vehicle but terrible Customer Service. Do NOT rent from this location.

Viresh FernandoThe customer service team was really helpful by allowing me to pick up the truck after hours but, the truck had no gas upon pick up. The wiper blade on the drivers side was no functioning properly, on a rainy day, which made it difficult and dangerous to drive as my vision was impaired. There is a high pitched squeak in the cab on the highway, I don't know where it was coming from and it was very annoying driving two hours getting a headaches from that noise.

David CooperTo be honest this was a great experience. The staff were great, the truck was waiting, the only small delay was a U-Haul glitch with the App to upload my driver's licence (really minor). The truck however was dirty which wouldn't have been a big issue if the windows weren't filthy. It was dangerous in the bright sunlight and the rear view mirrors were as big a problem. So, at least clean the windows and rear view mirrors between rentals!

Thiago De castoThis location would be great if it was at least gravel it was so wet an muddy fortunately I have weather tek mats otherwise my carpets would be a disaster. The guys that work there were awesome .. saints fior dealing with that mud!
Peter CampisiYou guys sent us to a location across the city from where we live and charged us for the kms, which is absolutely ridiculous. We went to the location at night and it was not a lot area, making it difficult to see or find anything. We spent 30 mins + simply looking for the key drop off because there were no instructions on where it could be/where to find it. By the time we found it, the box did not look like the example one you guys show in the picture on the app, which is incredibly frustrating. Don't show me an example picture of something that doesn't exist, it's a waste of everyone's time and completely defeats the purpose of what this picture is for. I tried calling U-Haul to get assistance, your virtual help was shit- did not get responses. Over the phone, no one was answering because it was 3 something in the morning. Very frustrating experience all in all. You guys charged us a cleaning fee for the truck when it was clean. I'm so frustrated and would not recommend uhaul
