Again, the U-Haul said it was open on Sunday according to the website but it was closed. We had to wait until Monday to drop it off and we were wanting to get it dropped off sooner.
ANDERS PBe careful on the dates that you rent for. I rented for 2 days (Picked up on a Saturday, drop off on a Sunday), and my reservation showed the same. I was late and had to drop off on Monday. I was charged two late days, even though it was dropped off less than 12 hours after the day my reservation stated.
Cody EI order 2 utility dollies and 12 blankets 2 weeks in advance but when I picked up the truck, they only had 1 dolly and no blankets. Was very disappointed that I was not notified. I had to find another U-Haul myself for the extra dolly & blankets.
Dee YVery annoyed when asked for a paper receipt. Charged for gas when there was more than what I received the uhaul at. When confronted about the gas charge he became agitated and extremely rude. Will not be back.
Matt WThe truck did not come with any kind of lift for furniture, etc. We had a heck of a time getting furniture into it. No one asked us either about this before we drove off with this truck. Truck was older, ran rough and quite frankly I was very disappointed since my nephew is a manager with UHaul in San Fran area. I did appreciate getting the $10 off but will not use this site again. Clerks did not even know what they were doing - it took me over 1/2 hr. to check this truck out and the reservation had been in for a week.

Mark SYour technology for scanning drivers licenses does NOT work! Fix it! Or get rid of it. It's horrible. Took 5 x to get it done and even the. The guy had to do a work around.
Kimberly HMy frustration with this process was I made the reservation for everything for Coeur d'Alene (government way location) but when I got there, they had no record and sent me to the Appleway location. I then had to go to Spokane Valley to pick up the trailer. NONE of that had been communicated to me prior to pickup. I feel like UHaul could definitely do a better job of letting customers know when the products they ordered aren't available to be picked up at the location that they ordered them from. It was definitely a stressful situation due to time constraints.

Robert NI was charged twice not sure how but having a hard time trying to get them to refund my card. My daughter had used her card info and when I went to pick up the uhaul they asked for a card again even though they had hers on file so I gave them mine and mine was charged as well. So for a one day rental for a trailer we were charged $54 total. :((((((

Joan KThe people at this site were very nice but the truck was not. The check engine light was on when I picked it up. I went back inside and asked, and was told "yes, it is just always on. We don't know what it is but there is not really a problem". The window crank down handle kept falling off in my hands. I think the people are nice just very, very busy.

Gabriel MThe trailer was clean however the ratchets were so rusted out they were barely inoperable. Since these ratchets and straps are the primary means for securing your vehicle on the trailer they should be regularly inspected and maintained. They obviously aren't. I was so nervous the ratchets would give way I had to stop about every hour to ensure they were still holding.
Bill WWhen I pick up the U-Haul in Bellingham I rented a dolly and some blankets and when I got to my house they were not there so you could have your people check to make sure everything is there thank you otherwise it was great
Pamela JThe six by 12 ramp trailer had a suprise..when I dropped the ramp at atv dealership we discovered the trailer had a reduced entrance size. I purchased an ATV with plow attached. The plow barely cleared the sides at the top of ramp by a couple of inches. It opens up to six ft once you cross that point....service it self was fantastic..

Bill DOn equipment well maintained question, there was a hole the size of a quarter in the roof of the trailer. Given the weather we had to drive through this would have been a problem if I had not put a sealing tape over the hole.

Once I dropped off and saw the charges i chose not to pay and have someone contact me to discuss the charges and instead I was randomly charged without consent and now I have no money
Susannah MThe trailer had debris in it we had to clean it before we used it. There was black grease on the out side of one of the wheel wells that a child got into before we realized it was there and it was very messy

MOLLY RWhen I picked up my U-HAUL TRUCK the scheduled drop off time was 6pm. The man that got me the truck and keys said nothing in regards to drop off/return Instuctions. So when I tried to return the truck at 6pm not only was the place closed but I had zero idea what to do with this truck. I followed the instructions online on how to return the truck. But there was NO WHERE to return the key Into a drop box. My only option was to leave the truck parked outside the business gates and hold on the key until they open In the morning. The man at the desk knew my drop off time. He obviously knew they would be closed and could have AT LEAST explained the after hours drop off instructions. I will NEVER do business with this establishment again. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with my experience.

jordan mI would never use UHAUL,but had no choice.A to Z did not have any of there units available.UHAUL screwed me and my reservation will never use UHAUL if other unit is available.Also have talked with other former UHAUL customers who are equally dissatisfied.Thankx,Jim Kappen
James KThis location was great but my overall experience was terrible with uhaul. I reserved a truck more than a month in advance and then was called 2 days before my move to tell me they didnt have a truck available. When I asked why or what happened, I was told that the rep shouldn't have said one was available. What is the purpose of reservation and confirming if it's not actually reserved and why was it not realized before 2 days before pickup? Then when we tried to resolve it the 2nd rep didn't get all the information correct and I was emailed a different and wrong location. It did get resolved by the third rep but frustrated that I had to take all that time to make sure it was correct. Spokane Valley location was very nice and overall it worked out in the end. I will probably not use uhaul again though. A person need to feel confident that if something has been set up it is correct and not changed at the last minute.
