Remember to give your address when calling the renter the day before pickup, as your location was not the pickup location I selected online. So I went to the wrong place first.

Cody GBen was having trouble connecting to the UHaul website. He believed the issue was with the UHaul server as his internet connection was otherwise working okay. This made the pick up process take longer than it should have, but overall the pick up did go well

MALINDAJO MDid not notice until we drove 18 hours across state the back tires on the truck we're completely bald I Towing Mustang on a ramp behind me when I return the U-Haul in Marshalltown guy said I cannot believe they let you leave like this the truck was filthy empty put me and my two kids in danger driving that truck

Matthew LThe online registration do not list my truck as a tow vehicle: 2016 Chevy Colorado 4x4 crew cab long bed with 2,8 liter diesel. Only the gas models, that have different tow ratings, were available on the drop-down.

I have to ALWAYS start over with the rental process of license, credit card, phone, name etc. I have a home staging business. Why can't I be LOGGED IN as a returning customer? Mark BABQ Trasmission is the best UHaul dealer in town! Ben helped me out last minute when I showed up on-time for my reservation at another dealer, and was told they were gone and would be back in an hour. This was unacceptable and Ben got me hitched up with the trailer I needed ASAP! Highly recommended and will use again!

Matthew AMy uhaul caught on fire, not once but twice. The first time, a mechanic came and fixed it. He had brought a u-haul for us to switch to, but ironically his had broken and caught on fire also. 100 miles after he fixed it, it caught on fire again and almost burnt my belongings. One broken baring is understandable but the fact that all four bearings broke and caught fire shows that u-haul is very unsafe, they do not maintain their trailers and are putting people's safety at risk. I will never be recommending uhaul to anyone I know, in fact I will be telling people to avoid it.
