Fredrick CThe drop off process was OK for us, but if you are not savvy on a smart phone, it could be very confusing and not user-friendly. we prefer to be able to walk into a place and drop off and get a receipt for her drop off instead of dropping it off parking lot and having to go through all of the picture and questions and stuff like that.

Mr. Poteete was and his daughter employs were more than helpful trying to get the computer online check in working again. Personally, I think U-Haul corporate relays too much on the internet to do business . Windstream in our rural area is notorious for internet unavailability especially during stormy conditions which is what we had today . Anyway,,,all is well that ends well . I got my truck rented and returned all in good time. Thanks! Gary Kitchens

Shannon GPick-up was confusing. Instructions from app stated to located truck 1st, then locate key box which required repeated trips across the property. Key box was difficult to find, as a large uhaul truck was parked in front of it. Key box needs to be located closer to truck parking area for picking up. It appears to be placed where it is convenient for employees but extremely inconvenient for customers.
